Advantages and performance characteristics
1. Excellent anti-skid performance
Surface diamond process: Diamond particles are embedded in the surface of the grating through a special process, and the friction coefficient is increased by more than 50%, meeting the ASTM E303 standard, and the anti-skid level in wet and slippery environments is R11-R13, which effectively prevents workers from slipping accidents.
Applicable to extreme environments: Suitable for oil pollution, seawater, chemical plants and other slip-prone scenes, and more durable than ordinary steel gratings.
2. Corrosion resistance and anti-aging
All-resin substrate: Not afraid of acid, alkali, salt spray, organic solvent corrosion, service life of more than 20 years, maintenance-free and low cost, suitable for chemical, electroplating, offshore platforms and other corrosive environments.
Anti-UV treatment: Add UV absorber, outdoor use does not fade, does not become brittle.
3. Lightweight and high strength, safe load-bearing
The weight is only 1/4 of steel: easy installation, reducing transportation and construction costs.
Carrying capacity of 3-5 tons/㎡: ISO 9001 certified, can be customized with different thicknesses (25mm/38mm/50mm) to meet the needs of heavy machinery passage.
4. Insulation, flame retardant, environmental protection
Excellent insulation performance: no risk of conduction under 10kV voltage, suitable for substations, mines and other scenes.
Flame retardant grade B1: self-extinguishing when away from fire, in line with GB 8624 standard.

Production process and quality control
As a manufacturer of FRP anti-skid grating, we use the following processes to ensure product quality:
Compression molding technology: glass fiber + unsaturated polyester resin lamination, uniform density and no bubbles.
Surface treatment of diamond abrasive: diamond abrasive with particle size of 60-80 mesh is evenly distributed, and the wear resistance is increased by 3 times.
Strict quality inspection process: compressive strength (≥200MPa), Barcol hardness (≥50), and oxygen index (≥28%) are tested for each batch.
