FRP pipe (FRP pipe) is a composite pipe made of glass fiber and its products (such as glass cloth, glass felt, etc.) as reinforcing materials, unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy resin or vinyl ester resin as matrix material, and made by fiber winding process.     FRP pipe (FRP pipe) is a composite pipe made of glass fiber and its products (such as glass cloth, glass felt, etc.) as reinforcing materials, unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy resin or vinyl ester resin as matrix material, and made by fiber winding process. It has the advantages of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance and long service life, and is widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, municipal, environmental protection and other fields.

    Our factory adopts computer-controlled fiber winding process to ensure the high precision and stability of the product. The main production process is as follows:

    Mold preparation, Inner lining production, Structural layer winding, Curing molding, Demolding and finishing.

    Quality inspection: Water pressure test, ultrasonic flaw detection, hardness test, etc. are carried out to ensure that the product is defect-free.

    Zero maintenance cost: no anti-corrosion coating required, anti-ultraviolet aging (protectivelayer can be added).
