  • Product Introduction

    The FRP dust suppression wall (also known as FRP windproof dust suppression net) is an eco-friendly dust control facility formed by composite technology, using glass fiber reinforced resin (FRP) as the base material. Through physical barrier and aerodynamic design, it reduces wind erosion and dust, and is widely applied in open-air storage yards, industrial zones, and other scenarios. With advantages of wind resistance, corrosion resistance, flame retardancy, and light weight, it helps enterprises achieve efficient control of dust pollution.

    Production Process

    1. Material Proportioning

    Resin System: Unsaturated polyester resin/vinyl ester resin is selected, matched with glass fiber yarn (content: 40%-60%) and flame-retardant & anti-aging additives.

    Conductive Products: Conductive fillers such as graphite/carbon fiber are added to enhance anti-static performance.

    2. Molding Processes

    Compression Molding: Cured at high temperature in molds, featuring high surface flatness, suitable for standardized plate production.

    Pultrusion Molding: Continuously produces profiles with uniform strength, applicable to skeleton structures.

    Surface Treatment: Coated with anti-ultraviolet (UV) layers to enhance weather resistance.

    High-efficiency Dust Suppression:With an opening rate of 30%-50%, it can reduce wind speed by 40%-60% and achieve a dust suppression efficiency of over 85%.

    Weather & Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to acid, alkali, and salt corrosion, with a service life of ≥15 years in harsh environments like coastal areas and chemical plants.

    Wind & Pressure Resistance: Withstand wind pressure ≥1.2kPa (equivalent to a Category 12 typhoon) and tensile strength ≥180MPa.

    Flame-retardant Safety: Oxygen index ≥28%, complying with non-combustible material standards to eliminate dust explosion hazards.

    Convenient Installation: Modular design, weighing only 1/3 of metal nets, shortening the construction period by 50%.

    Environmental Friendliness & Aesthetics: Customizable in color and pattern, integrating ecological protection and landscape beautification functions.
