Production Process
Take polymer resins like PVC and ABS, along with chemical additives, as raw materials. After precise proportioning, mix them evenly in professional equipment, then plasticize under high temperature and pressure to a molten state. Form via extrusion or injection molding: extrusion continuously shapes the basic tray structure, while injection molding creates complex parts by high-pressure filling into molds. After forming, stabilize dimensions through sizing and cut to required specifications. For trays using steel-plastic co-extrusion technology, embed a specially treated cold-formed steel skeleton with a soft bonding layer to prevent delamination between metal and polymer anti-corrosion layers, enhancing load capacity and durability.

1.Width: Common sizes include 50mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm, etc., suitable for laying cables of different quantities and thicknesses.
4.Height: Sizes such as 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, etc., can be flexibly selected according to the number of cable layers and heat dissipation space requirements.
3.Length: Standard lengths are generally 2m, 3m, 4m. Special lengths can also be customized based on construction site needs to reduce the number of tray joints and improve installation efficiency and overall aesthetics.

1.Compressive Strength: Usually up to 200MPa or higher, capable of withstanding large external pressure without obvious deformation.
