    Appearance quality The surface color is uniform, the edges are smooth, without burrs or flash; the components are firmly bonded to each other, without peeling, sealing cracks, bubbles, sand holes and other defects, and the overall molding is complete without obvious skew. Meet the requirements
    Punching resistance At room temperature, after the sample is impacted by a 1kg iron ball, there is no cracking, delamination, peeling or other damage to the sample outside the 6mm radius area with the impact point as the center.
    Gasoline resistance After soaking in No. 90 gasoline for 10 minutes, the surface of the sample should not show signs of softening, wrinkling, blistering, cracking, dissolution, or solvent immersion.
    Water resistance After immersion in tap water solution for 48 hours, the surface of the sample should not show any signs of softening, wrinkling, blistering, cracking, dissolution, or solvent immersion.
    Acid resistance After soaking in 10% H₂SO₄ solution for 10 minutes, the surface of the sample should not show signs of softening, wrinkling, blistering, cracking, dissolution, or solvent immersion.
    Alkali resistance After soaking in 10% NaOH solution for 10 minutes, the surface of the sample should not show signs of softening, wrinkling, blistering, cracking, dissolution, or solvent immersion.
    Salt spray corrosion resistance After 5 cycles of salt spray resistance test with each cycle lasting 22 hours, the sample shall not show any signs of discoloration or corrosion.
